Bradley Phelps

Princeton University, Class of 2022 

Brad is a research correspondent for the podcast. He is a first-year student and a prospective major in Politics with a certificate in the History and Practice of Diplomacy.

In Oregon, Brad served as a non-voting member on the North Santiam School District Executive Board and as a student voice representative on Governor Kate Brown’s Safe and Effective Schools for All Advisory Committee. In both capacities, he worked alongside elected officials to solve complex problems on the state and local levels. Through these experiences, he recognized the value of public service and its unmatched potential to improve people’s lives.

At Princeton, Brad serves on the American Whigcliosophic Society’s Community Engagement Committee, is an Assistant Director of Operations for Business Today, a member of the Ivy Council’s Executive Committee, and an Undergraduate Fellow in the European and James Madison Programs.

In his free time, Brad is developing a podcast in which he interviews a Princeton student every week to discuss his or her background and life in the Ivy League. Also, he has recently started taking piano lessons. He may be reached at
