Eli Padoan

Eli Padoan is a sophmore, studying at Princeton’s School of Public and International Affairs with an intended minor in African Studies. Eli grew up in Barcelona, Spain. His research interests include restorative justice and the rehabilitation of child soldiers in Northern Uganda.
